Ralph, Owner/Trainer/Big Dog Ralph is an Animal Behavior College certified canine behaviorist and dog trainer who has been in the doggie daycare business for 8 years. He decided to open Off The Leash to provide top level dog daycare service to the Attleboro area. Ralph is Red Cross Dog First Aid and CPR certified.

Emily is usually behind the scenes at OTL, using her marketing skills to make our pack bigger and stronger every day. You will see her in the early mornings and later in the afternoon helping to keep our doggie environment happy and healthy. Emily is Red Cross Dog First Aid and CPR certified.

In a sled dog team, swing dogs help the leaders set the pace and aid in directing the team of dogs. Exactly Michelle's roll at OTL. She maintains a safe, clean and happy environment for all dogs throughout the day. She has great experience as she has been volunteering at animal shelters for many years. Michelle is Red Cross Dog First Aid and CPR certified.  

Vanessa adds power and enthusiasm to our team. She works full time and is always ready (with a big smile) for the rush of energetic doggies.   She is a great member of the OTL "pack" and has gained the trust and respect of all of our furry friends.  Vanessa is Red Cross Dog First Aid and CPR certified.

Krista, Team Dog

Krista's love for dogs and calm temperament help to keep our pack steady and safe. Her previous experience working with shelter dogs has helped her to quickly become a valueable member of our team.

Joe, Team Dog

Joe adds horsepower and helps to guide our team. His gentile nature and love for dogs makes him a valueable team member. Joe has extensive experience as he has worked in the dog daycare world for several years.

Sadhana is new to OTL and has been great with our furry friends from the beginning. She has always loved working and being with animals. Sadnah has previous experience working as a dog walker and as a pet caretaker.

Nina is our newest employee and is fast becoming a favorite of our canine friends. She loves dogs and is quickly picking up the routine at OTL.

Nick is always there to do what it takes to keep our dog environment clean and safe. He spends the majority of his time in school working to further develop his skills but joins our team for holiday breaks and during the summer.
